Online stores and sites with custom features, such as bookings, user areas or integrations, are quoted individually. Each project is closed with a detailed quote after a first conversation with no obligation, so you know exactly what's included before I start.

I review your website and ask ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google five real questions about your sector and area, to see whether you appear and who they name. I send it to you in writing, on one page, with three specific, verifiable things that can be improved. You usually get it within 2 business days and it does not commit you to hiring anything. It is a snapshot of that day, not a promise of any ranking. If you have no website yet, I do it with your Google Business Profile or your Airbnb or Booking listing.

It depends on the scope. A corporate website is usually ready in 3 to 5 weeks from when I have your texts and photos, while custom applications or online stores can take longer. After analysing your project I give you a realistic schedule with dates and deliverables, and keep you informed at every stage.

Microsoft Power Platform is a set of Microsoft tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Power Pages) that lets you build apps, automate processes and analyse data with little code. It's ideal for digitising a company's internal tasks quickly, fully integrated with Microsoft 365 and Azure.

Three fronts. First I get the site healthy underneath: fast to load and fully readable by Google, because if it trips there no amount of content saves it. Second, local ground: showing up when someone searches for what you do nearby, map included. Third, content that answers what your clients actually type, not what I assume. Technical improvements show up early; for highly competitive searches it usually takes between 3 and 6 months of continuous work, and I cannot promise timeframes, because this compounds and it is not a switch. That is why it is monthly and not a one-off fix.

More and more people also put their questions to an AI. And a ChatGPT answer is not ten links: it can mention few brands and has no second page. GEO means doing that work for the AI so it understands what you do, summarises it without getting it wrong, and can cite you. In practice: explaining who you are in a language it can read, answering the real questions in your sector in writing, and making sure it can read your whole site, because some modern sites can look almost empty to these systems.

A one-page monthly report written so you understand it without being technical. What people search for to find you and where you rank, how many arrive and what they do once there, which pages bring clients and which add nothing, how many enquiries came out of it, and whether AI is mentioning you. Every number comes with its reading and with what I do next month. And if a month went badly, I say so: a report that always looks good is useless for deciding anything.

Yes. Maintenance of a corporate website (hosting, certificate, backups, security updates and one minor change a month) costs €39 a month plus VAT, and it is optional. With the full pack it is included while you stay on the pack; once you leave, it is optional. In the Website and Google for your business package, hosting, certificate and backups are inside the monthly fee while you stay on the plan. For applications and larger custom websites, the plan is quoted separately.

Individual services (SEO, GEO, analytics) have a minimum 6-month commitment and the full pack with the website included* is 12 months, counted from the first payment. You get the contract before paying and payment is monthly in advance. To cancel, you give written notice of 2 months; those 2 months count inside the commitment, they are not added at the end. Around month 9 I write to you with the deadline to give notice, so you can decide how to continue. *If you leave the pack before the 12 months, you only pay the part of the website that is left: €140.83 plus VAT for each remaining month (€1,690 plus VAT divided by 12), and no later pack fees are charged. For example, €845 plus VAT for the website if the cancellation takes effect with 6 months to go.

I cannot promise you a ranking or that an AI will cite you: Google and the models decide that. What you do get is a measured starting point before I begin, a monthly report with what changed and what I will do next, and a clear contract before you pay. If a month goes badly, I tell you. And the cancellation terms are set out in the contract.

If you have completed the 12 months of the pack (or paid what was left), the website is yours: I transfer the custom design and code to you; third-party components and open-source software keep their licence. The domain and accounts are in your name from the start. You can take the website away (I hand it over complete, with the content and a guide to host it elsewhere) or keep it with me (€39 a month plus VAT, price agreed in writing before we start). If I keep it and you stop paying that maintenance, after notifying you in writing its publication is suspended. If you stop the services before the 12 months, what the commitment question explains applies.
