How much does a website cost in Mallorca?
A one-page landing starts at €890, a corporate website of up to 6 pages at €1,690, plus VAT. Online stores and custom sites are quoted individually. Every project is closed with a detailed quote after analysing what you need.
Can my website be included at no extra cost?
Yes. If you take the full visibility pack (monthly SEO, GEO and analytics), the website is included at no extra cost*, with a 12-month commitment. *After 12 months, the website is yours (I transfer the custom design and code to you). If you leave the pack earlier, you pay the part of the website that is left: €140.83 plus VAT for each remaining month (€1,690 plus VAT, divided by 12); for example, €845 plus VAT if the cancellation takes effect with 6 months to go.
Why do some websites cost €500 and others €5,000?
It is what is underneath. A generic filled-in template is cheap and it shows; a custom site, fast, built to be found and made to get you contacted, takes more work and pays off for years. I build the second kind, and I explain every item.
Does the price include maintenance?
Development is a one-time payment. Maintenance of a corporate website (hosting, backups, security updates and one minor change a month) costs €39 a month plus VAT, and it is optional. With the full pack it is included while you stay on the pack; once you leave, it is optional. In the Website and Google for your business package, hosting, certificate and backups are inside the monthly fee while you stay on the plan.
How long does it take?
A corporate website is usually ready in 3 to 5 weeks. After analysing your project I give you a realistic schedule with dates and deliverables.
What do I get each month?
A one-page website made for you, which looks good on a phone. A review of how your business looks on Google today, with a score out of 100 (it is my own measure, not Google's, and it lets you compare later). Your Google Business Profile, the one that shows on the map with your hours, photos and reviews, kept up to date: details, categories, hours, photos and replies to the reviews you point out to me. And every month a one-page report you can read in five minutes: what happened, what it means for your business and what I do next. If a month was worse, I tell you. Hosting, the security certificate and backups of your website are inside the monthly fee while you stay on the plan.
When is my website ready and what do I need to give you?
In 15 working days from when you give me the material: logo if you have one, photos, opening hours, phone number, address and a description of what you do (if you do not know how to write it, I help you on a call). We also need access to your Google Business Profile, or I help you create one. If I do not deliver on time for a reason of my own, you can cancel and you do not pay for the website. The domain (your website address, like mybusiness.es) goes in your name and is paid by you to whoever registers it (about €15 a year). If you prefer that I take care of buying and renewing it, that amount is added to the fee, and I tell you before you sign.
What if I do not like the website?
Before it is published you can ask for 2 rounds of changes. Once it is live, you can ask for up to 1 small change a month (an opening time, a text, a photo). If you need more pages or a new website, we talk about another service.
Can I leave before the 12 months? How much does it cost?
Yes. The plan is 12 months because the website is paid in instalments over those months. If you cancel earlier, you only pay what remains of the website, with no other penalty. Three examples: with 3 payments made, 9 months of the website remain: €667.50 + VAT. With 6 payments made, 6 months of the website remain: €445.00 + VAT. With 9 payments made, 3 months of the website remain: €222.50 + VAT. How it is worked out: the website (€890 + VAT) is divided across the 12 monthly fees, with no interest, and inside each fee €74.17 + VAT corresponds to that instalment and €304.83 to the monthly work. It is only a way to work out what remains if you leave earlier; it is not a discount. If the reason for cancelling is a failure on my side, you pay nothing for the website. The fee is paid for all 12 months, also if your business closes in the low season. The regular fee is €379 a month + VAT (€458.59 with 21% VAT). All the detail is in the package terms (available in Spanish).
What happens when the 12 months are up?
You choose between three options, and I write to you around month 9 with the deadline to give notice. Carry on with the plan for €305 a month + VAT, with hosting, certificate and backups inside and no more payments towards the website. Keep only the maintenance of your website for €39 a month + VAT. Or cancel by giving 2 months' notice; if you leave, I hand you the files of your website so you can take it wherever you like. If you do not give notice, nothing odd happens: you carry on month by month and can leave with 2 months' notice.
Do you guarantee I will come first on Google?
No, and be wary of anyone who promises it: nobody can guarantee it, or that ChatGPT will recommend your business. What I do is look after what depends on you: that your website explains clearly what you do and that your Google Business Profile has the right details. Improvements usually take between 3 and 6 months. I cannot delete reviews or ask for them with gifts. And every month I tell you what has changed, for better or worse.
Who owns the website, the domain and the Google Business Profile? And where is it hosted?
The Google Business Profile is always yours; I look after it with the access you give me. The domain is in your name from day one. The website is yours once the 12 months are completed. Until then you use it under licence and it is hosted with me: hosting, certificate and backups are inside the monthly fee while you stay on the plan. If afterwards you keep only the maintenance, it is €39 a month + VAT and it is optional.
