How I build a website, step by step
This is the order of work. At every point you know where we are and what is left:
- A conversation to understand what the site is for: getting calls, bookings, sales or being found on Google. And who your customers are and which language they search in.
- A closed quote in writing, with the pages, features, deadlines and what is not included.
- Structure and copy: which pages you need and what your customer searches on Google to reach each one. If you have no copy, I help you write it.
- Design and development, with review rounds before going live.
- Before launch: mobile speed, structured data, sitemap and, if you already had a website, redirects from the old addresses so you keep what you had earned.
- Launch and setup in Search Console, the Google tool that shows how Google sees your site.
A corporate website is usually ready 3 to 5 weeks after I have your copy and photos.
Which kind of website do you need?
Three starting points, depending on what the site has to do. Prices plus VAT:
| Type | Who it is for | Starting price |
|---|---|---|
| Landing page (one page) | Someone starting out or presenting one specific offer | €890 |
| Corporate website (up to 6 pages) | Companies with several services that want to be found and contacted | €1,690 |
| Online store or site with its own features | Bookings, payments, customer area or links with your software | Custom quote |
The detail of each price is on how much a website costs in Mallorca.
A website built for a business in Mallorca
A website on the island has needs a generic template does not cover:
- Customers who search in English or German: the site can have versions in other languages, each with its own address so Google shows it to people searching in that language.
- The season: opening hours, menus and offers that change between summer and winter, easy to update.
- Your area: the towns where you work written on the site, so Google and AI assistants can connect you with them.
- Consistency with your Google Business Profile: the same name, address and phone number everywhere.

La Bendita Boutique: a complete redesign of their website, hosted on my server with maintenance and security. You can see it at labenditaboutique.com and other work on the home page.
